**ALL OUR WATCHES ARE IN STOCK. We ship within 3 working days usually after confirmation of your payment. If there is any unexpected delays, we will notify you.

Shipping Cost to most asian countries is at US$69.

Shipping Cost to other countries outside of Asia is US$100.

For watches with extra large and heavy watch boxes, we reserve the right to impost a higher shipping cost.

** ** Shipping costs does not include customs duties. For customs duties, please check with your own country’s authorities. Customs duties are your responsibility.

**All watches are shipped with DHL Express requiring the buyer's signature. Proof of delivery will be final from DHL. Proof of delivery will deem the watch is received. We will not accept and be responsible for claims of loss when proof of delivery is attained.

**Please note that we do not guarantee water resistance for all watches. Do not take the watch for shower, swimming or anywhere near water as we will not be responsible for water damage for any of your actions

We do not take in price suggestions anymore and all our watches are listed at the best price.

Please note that all serial numbers of our watches are blocked out to protect the privacy of previous owners. Thank you for your understanding.

Do note that we post all close up photos of the watch in the listings. The photos look very clear if you are viewing them from a desktop computer.

Please understand that if the watch is a used watch, there will be signs of use on the watch. And we always take close up photos to show the condition of the watch. Please do not expect a used watch to be flawless and perfect as it is not a new watch.

For overseas customers (outside of Singapore), the only payment mode we accept is Wire Transfer. You can use bank transfer or through WISE or Revolut.

For overseas customers, we do not accept returns of the watches.

For vintage watches, please understand that they have been through years of use and does not look or perform like a new watch. If you wish the used watch to perform up to your expectations, please have a common understanding that work needs to be done according to your expectations, which we will not be responsible for.

All watches that do not come with the original watch box will be packed in a protective container and wrapped with bubble wrap. This is to prevent the watch from any damage during shipment.

**All import duties and taxes are buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Please check with your country’s customs duties department if you are unsure. We are not able to advise you on your country's customs practices.

We are not able to declare lower value or declare the goods as a gift as this is against customs laws.

We check our watches before shipment to ensure they are in working order. Please understand that the watches are used and may not work to your expectations. We are not responsible for any recommended repairs by your watchmaker or third party after your receipt of goods.

Please understand that
- for an automatic watch - the watch needs to be wound up or worn to store enough power reserve.
- for a manual winding watch - the watch needs to be wound to store enough power reserve.
- for battery operated watch - that watch is powered by a battery.
- for Seiko Kinetic watches - the Seiko Kinetic battery needs to be charged by movement of the watch, and it takes about 250 swings
- for Seiko Solar watches - the Seiko Solar battery needs at least a day under Solar power to charge up

Please note that for leather straps, they can be subjected to random checks by your country’s customs and we are not responsible and will not be able to compensate for any loss of the straps due to customs checks.

We do not ship to China and Russia.

Shipping to the UAE, Israel, Qatar, Egypt, Turkey and other Middle Eastern countries - rates differ from the standard shipping costs. Please enquire direct with us for the shipping cost. Thank you.
